Who would have thought. Care of Paekākāriki FM housing affordability featured in this year's Queen's Message, with Her Majesty announcing her intention to retire to Paekākāriki, housing willing. She even sounds ready to do a better job than many feel she has in honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
